Identifying, qualifying, cultivating, and soliciting major gifts from high-net-worth individuals.
Developing and implementing personalized engagement strategies.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with donors.
Foundation Grant Seeking:
Researching and identifying potential foundation funding opportunities.
Developing and writing compelling grant proposals.
Managing relationships with foundation program officers.
Ensuring timely and accurate reporting on grant outcomes.
Portfolio Management:
Managing a portfolio of high-capacity donors and foundation prospects.
Tracking and reporting on fundraising progress.
Utilizing CRM systems to maintain accurate records.
Strategic Planning:
Collaborating with regional and national leadership to develop and implement fundraising strategies.
Aligning fundraising efforts with the organization's mission and priorities.
Donor Stewardship:
